This has proven successful for those who want to change patterns in thinking and communication.
Time Line Therapy®
This releases negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, guilt. It removes self limiting decisions and belief systems that are detrimental to forward movement in life.

Package 1 - Stand In Your Power

This package is for you if you:
  • You are going through a life transition that you find difficult to handle on your own.
  • Unsure as to what the next step is for you in your life.
  • You are blocked, frozen in a state of not being able to take any action.

  • Your get anxious at the thought of serious change in your life.
  • Feel as though you need support to successfully make it through to the next phase of your life.

In this program you will experience:

Program Delivery:
This program is delivered in 5 coaching sessions over a 6 week period of time. It has 5 levels that lead to self empowerment through Soul Genesis. Having travelled this road myself, I will guide you through each step of the way with grace, ease and a little humour on the side.
Level 1
You will have a conscious awareness of where you are now and what needs to change. Your new vision is crystalized with clearly identified desired results. You decide what you want your life to look like. To assist this process a Soul Genesis Reading and Clearing will open the door for new thinking and provide clarity for the road ahead.
Level 2
You will shift negative feelings and responses to optimistic solutions to life’s challenges.  As you liberate yourself from this burden you will feel a lightness of your being.  You will notice a spring to your step and you just know you are on your way.
Level 3
Old belief systems and limiting decisions are eradicated that intellectually you know aren’t true but continue to resurface.  A foundation for enlightened personal and spiritual development emerges. Healthy relationships foster giving and receiving in the flow of mutual respect.  Old patterns are replaced with an eye focussed on future goals and the vision.
Level 4
Now that the foundation is laid and the boundaries are clear, a plan of action is installed that is refined and tweaked along the way as the process unfolds. You ooze confidence.
Level 5
The journey is supported and maintained. Several modalities are used to facilitate the transformation of this emergence of power and potential.  The beauty of this variety of choices is that the process is designed to meet each individual’s needs and promotes progress in whatever way works for you.
